Is Zeddemore rebuilding the Ghostbusters, or just the car? We’ll never know, but the final scene post-credits scene in Ghostbusters: Afterlife opens up so many possibilities. The doors of the station opens, and Ecto-1 pulls in, as Zeddemore touches the iconic vehicle, which has seen better days.

This time, Venkman is at the receiving end of the electrical device and even though he correctly identifies the contents of the card being held up, he still gets zapped by the device, and by none other than Dana Barrett (Sigourney Weaver), who correctly surmises that Venkman marked the cards.
In the now-famous scene from the 1984 film, Venkman chooses to zap the male student who actually calls out the right details of the card, instead of the cute female student who gets it wrong. Both have to guess the contents of a card he holds up with the card’s back facing them, and the student with the wrong answer gets zapped with a small jolt of electricity.

The film’s final moment (before the credits) shows the Ghostbusters car, the Ecto-1, being driven back to NYC.
